Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a innovate and forward thing thinking organisation based in Brighton area on a permanent basis.

This would suit someone looking to complete their AAT or at early stages of their ACCA studies

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Bookkeeping and data entry
• Accruals and prepayments
• VAT
• Payroll
• Assist with month-end procedures and management reporting
• Assist with preparation of year-end accounts

Key requirements:

• Actively studying AAT or ACCA
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in an accounting and finance team
• Confident user of Excel
• Attention to detail
