Description
As Production Manager you will be tasked with the following;
- Oversee the production processes and make necessary decisions to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and maintain production reports for upper management.
- Manage production budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
Profile
A successful Production Manager should have:
- Experience leading a team in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
- An ability to strategise and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Offer
The package on offer as Production Manager is as follows;
- An annual salary range of approximately £40,000 - £45,000.
