This exciting role as a Production Manager offers the opportunity to lead a team in the Engineering & Manufacturing Department within the business. Your focus will be on bespoke and batch manufacturing.

Description

As Production Manager you will be tasked with the following;

• Oversee the production processes and make necessary decisions to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
• Prepare and maintain production reports for upper management.
• Manage production budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.

Profile

A successful Production Manager should have:

• Experience leading a team in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
• An ability to strategise and solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Offer

The package on offer as Production Manager is as follows;

• An annual salary range of approximately £40,000 - £45,000.
