Production Manager

Reed Industrial are hiring in Stockport! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to join our client.

The role

Within this role, you will be overseeing a team of 10-15 production staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback. - Full-Time, Permanent Role - 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday - £35,000 - £40,000 annual salary (depending on experience). -

Key accountabilities

• Lead and support a team of 10-15 staff. • Set and prioritize daily tasks. • Track and improve production performance. • Work with other teams to meet goals. • Update and follow procedures for quality and safety. • Ensure health and safety compliance. • Manage inventory and resources efficiently. • Use technology to streamline processes.

Skills & experience

• 5+ years' experience in production management. • Proven team leadership. • Strong organization and leadership skills • Effective KPI tracking. • Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. • Knowledge of health and safety procedures • Excellent communication skills.
