Heating & Plumbing Engineer

An experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer is needed to join the team at this well-established property maintenance service provider. The role will primarily involve work in the North London area.

Since 1998, the company has built a reputation for fast, friendly and professional service. They serve estate agents, lettings agents, property management companies and homeowners in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing plumbing and heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and pipework.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in plumbing and heating systems, including routine servicing.
• Ensuring work meets building safety standards, including gas safety checks.
• Advising clients on system improvements and providing quotes or updates on work progress.
• Maintaining accurate records of work, service logs, and completing relevant paperwork.

Required Experience and Skills

• 10 years of Plumbing and Heating experience would be ideal but will consider less.
• Gas Safe registered
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence
