Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Solihull
Salary:Up to £22,500 Basic - (depending on experience)
OTE:£30,000+Petrol paid for
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

A market leading independent estate agent is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in their office based in Solihull, Birmingham.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency. Working Saturday's is an additional option which you will be paid for.

Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Help sell properties
• Deal with buyers and qualify their needs and conduct viewings
• Dealing with vendors
• Liaising with your manager to help hit targets consistently

Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:

• 1 year + experience preferred
• Well-presented and driven
• Local area knowledge
• Energetic and can-do attitude to work
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and drive a team to success
