A new opportunity for an Client Support Administrator to join a IFA Practice in Edinburgh City Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing illustrations and paperwork for clients
- Processing and chasing of new business, both paper based and online
- Process fund switches and rebalances
- Sending out Letters of Authority to life companies and chase up accordingly
- Prepare and format all suitability reports
- Undertaking the research and completion of Pension Replacement Contracts
- Issuing policy documentation
- Obtaining valuations, paperwork and preparing death schedules for families and Solicitors
- Maintain back office system and ensure client data is accurate and up to date
- Maintain back office system task management system and daily workload
- Helping with the training of Trainee member of the team
- Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA and Company guidelines
- Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
- Dealing with clients and providers over the telephone and email
- Delivering research when requested
Requirements:
- Experience within a Financial Adviser environment
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer is essential
- Experience of Intelligent Office desirable but not essential
- Experience of using Platforms and Provider websites
