Head of Reporting

Job Title: Head of Management Reporting
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Location: Remote but with regular travel to Lancashire

About the Role:

Robert Half is delighted to be working with a global organisation that is looking for a seasoned Head of Reporting. As they implement SAP S/4Hana, you'll play a key role in designing, building and leading a best-in-class management reporting suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Board, FP&A, and finance teams to meet management reporting needs.
• Develop and enhance SAP reporting tools for streamlined processes.
• Standardise and automate financial and management reporting across the Group.
• Maintain and evolve financial reports and systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified accountant with experience of working within a large, complex organisation.
• Extensive commercial finance experience e.g. channel finance, profitability by product, segmentation reporting etc
• Leadership skills with experience managing a team (6 direct reports, expanding to 12).
• Proven success in large-scale projects or transformations.
• Previous SAP experience
• Experience of utilising standardisation and automation tools to deliver a best in class management reporting suite.
