An established, highly successful, private equity backed business in the Northwest are seeking a Head of Financial Analytics & Reporting.

An exciting new opportunity has been created for a Head of Financial Analytics and Reporting, to oversee the production and distribution of management accounts across the Group while leading the transition towards automated, streamlined, and data-driven reporting processes.
This senior role focuses on ensuring data is structured correctly, reporting is accurate and aligned with business needs.
The position will closely collaborate with the FP&A team to create and maintain a standardised set of reports that will drive performance at both the Group and divisional levels.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in leading financial data and reporting initiatives, as well as experience with the latest business intelligence tools and systems.

Candidate Profile
For this new and high-profile Head of Financial Analytics & Reporting role, based in the Northwest, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with significant post qualified experience within a large corporate environment.
Ideally you will have previous experience of running Business Intelligence / Data teams within a large Group structure, within the finance reporting stream. You will have operated at a senior level and possess the confidence and experience to interact and support at Exec level.
A track record of developing, improving and creating 'best-in-class' business data and financial reports are required, while experience of complex 'data heavy' sectors such as retail, property, telecomms or logistics would be advantageous.
The role requires a strong relationship builder with personal credibility, and high impact communication and presentation skills, who can influence at all levels.
Flexible/hybrid working will be considered, but a regular presence in the Northwest and flexibility to travel to other sites will be important.
