Sales Negotiator

Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. The position will be working in a growing business with day-to-day tasks including negotiating in both sales and lettings, attending viewings and experience in tenancy applications

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
• Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator role will be offered:

• Basic salary £27,500
• OTE £32,500

Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in industry (ideally in Sales and Lettings)  
• Driving licence

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Booking viewings
• Dealing with offers
• Registering applicants
• Sales Progression
• Tenancy applications and move ins
