What you will be doing:

• Managing and driving a team of Compliance experts
• Ensuring a compliant business environment across a range of governing bodies
• Conformance monitoring - internal and external
• Validation checks / onboarding checks
• Financial governance
• Monthly reporting to senior management

What you need to bring:

• Experience of business processes and systems
• Proven ability to deal with clients at all levels
• Vision and focus - set to achieve goals
• Drive and confidence
• Full understanding of the need for compliance
• Leadership skills

What you can expect:

• A salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum
