Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Central Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support to resolve technical issues and queries.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and systems.
• Collaborate with 1st line support to ensure smooth escalation of complex issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 stack, and network troubleshooting.
• Other applications and technologies including virtualisation, cloud support
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
