DAY TO DAY:

• Dealing with customer queries via telephone
• Responding to emails and live chat queries
• General administration to support the department

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Strong communication skills
• IT literate
• Excellent customer service skills

This role is available immediately, working Monday - Friday and paying £ 12 - £13 per hour.
