Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

The Role:

• Manage and grow a permanent desk within the Construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their resourcing needs are met.
• Pro-actively identify and attract top talent in the industry.
• Contribute to our strategy of professionalising our pipeline with more permanent roles and white-collar contracts.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within Construction.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and sourcing candidates.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
