Our client is a progressive full-service health & Fitness club operator who puts their people and their development at the heart of their business strategy to become best in class. A Membership Sales Manager opportunity has become available at one of their flagship health & fitness clubs near Wakefield, West Yorkshire and we are looking for a bright and ambitious sales professional to take on this pivotal post.

The role:

• Recruit, coach, motivate and inspire a team of membership sales consultants to achieve their KPI's.
• Lead by example, contributing towards the overall membership sales target for the club.
• Take responsibility for the club's sales process, ensuring prospects receive exemplary customer experience.
• Analyse and interpret data from the prospect database and then implement strategies to improve the overall sales process.
• Complete sales management reports.
• Work with other departments to develop an in-reach strategy to increase sales and aid retention.

The person.

• An outgoing organized professional with energy and drive in abundance.
• Can-do attitude who will lead by example.
• Experience of coaching and managing teams who have commercial K.P.I's to hit.
• Evidence of high performance in previous commercial roles.
• Has ideally worked in the health, fitness or leisure industry but if not, can demonstrate their passion for health and fitness.
• Lives within commuting distance of Wakefield
• Flexible to work some early evenings and weekends.
