Randstad Education is experiencing a surge in demand for supply teachers in the PR5 area of Preston. We are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled KS1 and KS2 teachers to join our team, covering short-term placements in a variety of primary schools.

About the Role:

• You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and effective lessons for KS1 and KS2 classes across different year groups within the Key Stage.
• You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high standard of teaching and learning.
• You will be committed to the well-being and development of all pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• You will have a strong understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs.
• You will possess excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a calm and focused learning environment.
• You will be flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively in different schools and settings.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience of teaching in Key Stage 1 (Years 1 & 2) or Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6)
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings

• Placement types: Day-to-day
• Working hours: Typically 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
