Financial Controller

Overview

We are partnering with a growing consultancy business that is seeking an experienced and steady Financial Controller to anchor our financial operations and support their global team.

As a leader in their field, they are committed to leveraging data-driven insights and automation to drive efficiency and strategic growth. In this role, you will be at the heart of their financial operations, providing financial expertise, driving operational leadership, and delivering strategic analysis to guide our decision-making and support long-term stability.

You will also resume responsibility for cost and cash Management: Drive cost-saving initiatives across global offices and manage banking relationships effectively. While also overseeing the implementation of governance systems and automation projects to streamline billing and payments.

What is Required

• Be Qualified by ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Possess 3-5 years of financial management experience, be confident to build and guide a capable finance team to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Have strong knowledge of UK regulations (IFRS, FRS 102). This role has a compliance focus and require you to coordinate internal and external audits while staying updated on financial regulations and best practices.
• Be proficient in accounting software and Excel, with sharp analytical and organisationally skills.
