Our Client, Liverpool City Council, is seeking a Social Work Team Manager to join their Children's MASH Team.
This is a Hybrid Working Role!

Responsibilities of this role:
- Lead and manage the MASH team, ensuring high standards of practice and decision-making.
- Oversee the assessment of safeguarding concerns and the allocation of cases to the appropriate services.
- Work closely with multi-agency partners, including health, education, and the police, to deliver an integrated safeguarding response.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies, and procedures related to child protection and safeguarding.
- Provide regular supervision and support to team members, promoting continuous professional development.
- Monitor performance and service delivery outcomes, taking corrective action where necessary.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
- Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience as Social Worker
- Must be experienced as a Team Manager
