Children's Team Manager - MASH

Our Client, Liverpool City Council, is seeking a Social Work Team Manager to join their Children's MASH Team.

This is a Hybrid Working Role!

Responsibilities of this role:

• Lead and manage the MASH team, ensuring high standards of practice and decision-making.
• Oversee the assessment of safeguarding concerns and the allocation of cases to the appropriate services.
• Work closely with multi-agency partners, including health, education, and the police, to deliver an integrated safeguarding response.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies, and procedures related to child protection and safeguarding.
• Provide regular supervision and support to team members, promoting continuous professional development.
• Monitor performance and service delivery outcomes, taking corrective action where necessary.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
• Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience as Social Worker
• Must be experienced as a Team Manager
