Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a Residential Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team in Warrington, where you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.

?? Role Overview:

• Lead and manage a residential home for children and young people.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and the highest standards of care.
• Support and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and the emotional and social development of residents.

?? Pay Rate: £25 - £35 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).

?? Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a children's residential home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Comprehensive understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate and child-focused approach.
