Our Client, Liverpool City Council, is seeking a Social Work Team Manager to join their Children's Early Help Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Supervise and support the work of consultant social workers, social workers, and outreach family support workers, maintaining a high standard of service delivery across the Early Help Hubs.
- Oversee the triage and allocation of referrals, making informed level-of-need decisions to ensure families receive appropriate support.
- Support the roll-out and integration of grant-funded projects and pilot programs, aligning them with service goals and community needs.
- Monitor casework quality, ensuring that all staff adhere to established protocols, procedures, and standards in supporting families.
- Resource Coordination: Ensure effective resource use across the hubs and identify areas for improvement or further support.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
- Must have minimum of 3 years’ post qualifying experience
