Cost Accountant

This Cost Accountant role will suit someone who enjoys analysis working in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working alongside one other Cost Accountant and duties will include

• Maintaining up to date information
• Uploading cost changes and ensuring that all information is correct
• Analysis of standard vs actual costs and producing reports
• Pricing and profitability analysis
• Costing audits and assisting with external audit process
• Working closely with stakeholders ensuring information is disseminated appropriately
• Ad hoc reporting

A keen eye for detail and the ability to interact with non-finance personnel is essential to the success of this position.

Experience of costings is the ideal but strong Excel skills and a deadline focused approach are essential attributes.

The successful candidate will ideally be fully qualified but if not, someone who is close to qualification will be considered.
