The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Agent, ideally with a proven track record in property valuations. In this role, you would handle property listings, market appraisals, and providing pricing advice to clients, ensuring they get the best market value for their properties. You will work closely with clients throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to closing deals, delivering a seamless and personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance.
• Managing property listings, including marketing, viewings, and negotiations.
• Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded at every stage of the sales process.
• Keeping up to date on market trends and local property values.
• Conducting accurate property valuations to support competitive pricing and market positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent, ideally with valuation experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Basic £22-24,000 According to Experience and an OTE of £30-32,000
