THE COMPANY

I have partnered with a high-growth start-up on a key Lead level Analytics hire. Within this role, you will utilise your expertise in SQL to conduct exploratory analysis to optimise their operations. Bonus and equity included.

THE ROLE

The successful Lead Data Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Build, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Perform predictive modelling, scheduling optimisation, and exploratory analysis to uncover trends and opportunities in our logistics operations.
• Develop and manage data models in DBT, ensuring efficient data workflows and accuracy across analytics projects
• Create and automate reports to track key metrics, performance trends, and operational insights, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a data analytics role, ideally within logistics o supply chain
• Experience with predictive analytics, scheduling, and exploratory data analysis
• High proficiency in SQL (window functions)
• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Analytical mindset with an aptitude for problem-solving and deriving insights from complex datasets

THE BENEFITS

The successful Lead Data Analyst will receive a salary of up to £95,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
