About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic team in London. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid search (PPC) and paid social channels. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll help achieve performance objectives, drive growth, and deliver outstanding results in line with each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to achieve KPIs.
- Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, including keyword management, bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and creative testing to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, making informed decisions to maximize performance while meeting financial targets.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and other assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with Account Managers to update clients on campaign progress, discuss strategy, and address any adjustments needed.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continually enhance campaign performance and bring innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in paid media, ideally within an agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid social platforms; experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently to clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and any issues are quickly addressed.
- Passion for Digital Marketing: A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in digital marketing and advertising.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with additional platforms, such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic buying.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels.
