One of the most innovative and well-respected Global Law Firms is looking for Reward Advisor to join their six-strong London team, working in their stunning City offices (3 days per week).
What they are ideally looking for is an experienced Reward Analyst/Advisor with solid experience of dealing with cash Compensation cycles, Benefits renewals and management, and exposure to a complex, global organisation.
But they may also consider an experienced and confident HR Advisor from a broader HR team who is looking to specialise in the exciting and rapidly evolving Reward sector. If someone is interested in making the move across to specialise then our client does want to see demonstrable ability in dealing with Benchmarking, HR Reporting & Benefits as a substantial part of your wider role in HR.
Experience in a law firm is not essential, but they do want to see candidate from large, complex and fast moving commercial environments.
The role will be to support the Head of Reward and team deliver the firm's reward strategy and programmes in London, and across their global offices. Key responsibilities will include;
