Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload independently, handling transactions and client matters efficiently
• Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations around outcomes, timelines, and costs
• Network and develop internal and external connections with clients, intermediaries, and industry contacts
• Enhance the team’s profile through participation in networking events, publications, and speaking engagements
• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members
• Track progress against personal KPIs, achieving goals and maintaining high standards of service
• Collaborate on project management, meeting deadlines, and budget management for client matters
• Stay updated on developments in the legal sector and understand their implications for the practice

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified fee earner with at least 2 years PQE in residential property
• Proven experience managing a caseload independently
• Strong client management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Ability to balance workload effectively and delegate tasks as needed
• Enthusiasm for business development and client network growth
