  • Mergers and acquisitions.
  • Fundraising and private equity.
  • Equity capital markets and joint ventures.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, private equity, and corporate restructurings. With a team-oriented approach, the firm encourages its lawyers to develop their skills and network to build lasting client relationships.

The role is open to candidates with 5+PQE, though applications from individuals with varying levels of experience are welcome.

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including case management software and Microsoft Office.
