Location: Hybrid working with weekly attendance at one of the following offices: Birmingham, Bolton, London, or Leeds.

Are you a dedicated legal professional with expertise in employment law? Join our Legal Services team as a Legal Officer. You’ll provide crucial legal advice and representation to Officers and Members, including support in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
This is a temporary, full-time position, ideal for someone ready to make an immediate impact by handling a diverse caseload and delivering high-quality legal services.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic individual who brings:

• Professional Qualifications: Qualified Barrister, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Specialist Knowledge: Strong expertise in employment law, backed by relevant postgraduate experience.
• Case Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a substantial caseload under supervision.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and diary software.

• Initiative and sound decision-making under supervision.
• Skilled in drafting legal pleadings and related documentation.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capability to manage conflict while maintaining a professional and positive outlook.
