Job specification:
- Collect quotes for parts and services according to customer specifications.
- Provide quotes from available stock or source materials that meet company standards.
- Maintain and update customer opportunities within Salesforce.
- Report to the Sales Director.
- Resolve Non-Conforming Materials discrepancies.
- Adhere to established parts traceability requirements.
- Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with vendors and customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
- Forecast, track, and achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets.
- Travel may be required as needed.
Person specification:
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Experience with Quantum CRM, Salesforce, ILS and Aeroxchange is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers.
- Effective negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other related software.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
