Sous Chef - French European Brasserie
Rhubarb Recruitment is searching for a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef for a busy modern French European Brasserie in Central London. All-day dining, hyper-seasonal menus, and modern plating in an elegant and intimate dining room setting. This a premium restaurant working to the highest of standards and you will be working under the respected Executive Chef and Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day hands-on management of a large and busy brigade within a precise systems-driven kitchen.
You
You will need to demonstrate previous experience as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in other busy premium 5* London restaurant settings. You will be able to confidently work across all areas of kitchen management, to ensure consistent on-point delivery in every service.
Salary
£45k-£55k plus benefits based on a 45-hour contract.
