Private Client Fee Earner / Solicitor

An excellent opportunity is available for a qualified and experienced wills and probate lawyer to join a busy, thriving department in support of the Senior Partner. 

The role offers a competitive salary along with benefits that include 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and flexibility, allowing a mix of home and office-based work to accommodate face-to-face appointments as needed. Working hours can be arranged to accommodate childcare or other responsibilities. The firm also offers opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, possess strong client care skills, and be able to handle client matters with sensitivity.

The successful candidate will:

•    Manage their own caseload of probate cases using a case management system.
•    Engage with clients primarily via telephone and email, with in-person appointments as required.
•    Handle additional responsibilities, including wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in private practice (STEP qualification preferred) with at least 2 years of PQE or equivalent experience in probate law.
