• Preparation of accounts for small and medium-sized limited companies and LLPs, primarily from a trial balance and manual client records
• Handle industry-specific accounts, including solicitors and charities
• Provide detailed discussion notes for client meetings, focusing on accounting and tax-related aspects
• Directly engage with clients to resolve queries and offer tailored recommendations
• Preparation of management accounts and cash flow projections, ensuring accuracy and relevance

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with substantial experience in a similar role
• Proficient in IRIS accounts production, with strong knowledge of bookkeeping packages like Sage and Xero
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and complex reconciliations such as CIS and VAT
• Previous audit exposure is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
