You’ll be ACA, ACCA, CA or CTA studying or qualified, or at least ready to get started, and have you'll some previous tax experience within practice. You’ll be comfortable completing tax computations and communicating directly with clients and senior managers and you’ll be at the point in your career where specialising in tax feels like your direction of travel.

Job Purpose

• Supporting a team of tax accountants at an established and growing firm of accountants.
• Working closely with Managers to support a portfolio of tax clients.
• ERS and EMI returns.
• R&D claims.
• QIPS.
• Capital Allowances.
• Preparing tax computations and workings for review.
• Building good rapport with clients, proactively handling queries.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure clients are benefitting from all business services.
• Championing your own professional development with an eagerness to learn and progress.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed.

• Previous tax experience within practice.
