Salary: £38,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties across Northwest London.

This is a varied role offering a mix of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade works within tenanted and void properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Please note: This role covers multiple locations across Essex, East London, and North East London, so candidates must be comfortable with daily travel.

• Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs within social housing properties.
• Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently and effectively.
• Complete a range of associated multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.
• Accurately complete job reports and paperwork as required.

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).
• Proven experience working as a Plumber Multi Trader within repairs and maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Experience working within social housing is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet productivity targets.

• Competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000.
