Handyman / Painter & Decorator
Location: Guildford, Aldershot, Bracknell, Reading & Fleet
Salary: Circa £32,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days)

The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Painter & Decorator to join the team. You will play a key role in delivering efficient and high-standard building and grounds maintenance across a variety of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Painting and decorating
• Replacing fence panels and posts
• Carrying out minor plumbing tasks
• Silicone sealing and finishing
• Guttering repairs and maintenance
• Replacing locks
• General handyman and maintenance tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have proven experience in property maintenance and domestic repairs
• Be confident using a range of hand and power tools
• Have strong painting and decorating skills (including working at height on ladders)
• Be able to work independently and use your own initiative
• Follow safe working practices at all times

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
• Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
