National Finance & Administration Assistant Store Accounts

 Your New Role
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Stock and inventory accounting
• Producing month end reconciliations 
• Monitoring shared inboxes
• Carrying out Year End procedures following specific guidelines
• Reconciling Direct to Store invoices
• Relevant ad-hoc tasks and projects

About You

• Experience of working with financial systems (SAP preferred) 
• Relevant accounts experience including account reconciliations and double entry postings
• High attention to detail with the ability to input data quickly 
• Able to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload
• Self-motivated and works effectively with minimal supervision
• Works in a structured, methodical manner
• Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Clear communicator (both orally and written)
• Team player
• Studying towards an accounting qualification would be considered advantageous

• Salary starting £36,625 rising to £42,270 (fixed term contract until 31st December 2025)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 day a week remote working
