We’re working with a vibrant and growing company in the heart of Uxbridge who are now looking for a confident and commercially aware Key Account Manager to join their fantastic team. This is more than just a client services role - you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery, client onboarding, and ongoing relationship development.

If you enjoy juggling projects, talking to people, solving problems, and making a difference to both clients and internal teams alike - this could be your perfect match.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the key liaison point for all client queries - a true ambassador for the business.
• Managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their journey.
• Coordinating project timelines and deliverables within national and key accounts.
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to maximise account retention and identify opportunities for growth.
• Researching and sourcing new business contacts to help grow the account footprint.
• Preparing account performance reports, tracking KPIs, and feeding back trends and insights in regular review meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in B2B account management, customer service or sales support is essential.
• Naturally organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
• Confident juggling multiple priorities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working on projects or within project teams would be an advantage.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
