Customer Service Change Project Support

• Job Title/Location: Customer Service Change Project Support, Surrey/WFH
• Salary: £negotiable + average bonus c.6% (£2,000) + pension contribution to 13%(c.£4,500)
• Office/WFH: Average working week is 2 days office, 3 days WFH
• Requirement: Brokerage operations/corporate actions experience (CREST, dealing etc) with some change delivery management exposure
• Role Snapshot: Working within 'Project Scrums’ for all Technology, Intelligent Automation and Business Process Improvement projects

The Company/Team: This company has built a great reputation for developing people within the Financial Services sector. This team works closely with colleagues across Operations, Technology, Business Change, Product and Propositions to support initiatives including small & large projects, system upgrades/patches/fixes and performing functional/regression testing.

The Role: As well as the project work mentioned, the Customer Service Change Project Support role requires you to work on the completion of testing, SME input and feedback for your areas of responsibility inside and outside of the scrums, reporting to the Process Ownership layer and Senior Management. Your key responsibilities include:

• Support projects/enhancements/process improvements & regulatory changes. There is also an opportunity for individuals to demonstrate their ability and take a lead role on initiatives.
• Gather requirements & create scripts, execute testing, raising & resolving defects.
• Work closely with teams including Brokerage, Retail Operations, Technology & Stockbroking Product to ensure smooth delivery of changes promoted into production.

Experience/Skills Required: For this Customer Service Change Project Support role, our client will consider a range of backgrounds. Either someone with previous brokerage operations (CREST, dealing etc) or corporate actions experience or someone from a change role within customer services. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, any previous use of Sonata, Visio, Confluence or JIRA would be useful.

Additional Information: The salary for the Customer Service Change Project Support role is negotiable with an average bonus of 6% (c.£2,000) and a company pension contribution to 13% (c.£4,500).
