Mae Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru’n darparu arweinyddiaeth ac arbenigedd ym maes gofal cymdeithasol a’r blynyddoedd cynnar yng Nghymru. Ein gweledigaeth yw gwneud gwahaniaeth cadarnhaol i ofal a chymorth i blant, oedolion, a’u teuluoedd a’u gofalwyr.

Rydym nawr yn chwilio am Swyddog Dysgu a Datblygu i ymuno â ni ar gontract cyfnod penodol o 12 mis, gydag oriau llawn amser o 36 awr yr wythnos ar gael a hyblygrwydd yn cael ei ystyried.

Y Rôl

Fel Swyddog Dysgu a Datblygu, byddwch yn arwain ar brosiectau sy'n canolbwyntio ar Gydraddoldeb, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant (EDI) i hyrwyddo arfer gwrth-wahaniaethol ar draws y sector gofal cymdeithasol a’r blynyddoedd cynnar yng Nghymru.

Yn benodol, byddwch yn ymgysylltu ag ystod eang o randdeiliaid, gan gynnwys y rhai sydd â phrofiad byw, i lywio a datblygu hyfforddiant cynhwysol ac adnoddau sy'n cyd-fynd â blaenoriaethau Llywodraeth Cymru.

Byddwch hefyd yn hyrwyddo arfer gwrth-wahaniaethol, yn darparu hyfforddiant, ac yn sicrhau bod anghenion dysgu a gwella yn cael eu diwallu trwy brosiectau wedi'u teilwra, tra'n cyfrannu at ein gwaith yn cefnogi gweithwyr rhyngwladol a mynd i'r afael â chaethwasiaeth fodern.

Er mwyn i chi gael eich ystyried yn Swyddog Dysgu a Datblygu, bydd angen y canlynol arnoch:

- Profiad o ddarparu hyfforddiant effeithiol i amrywiaeth o gynulleidfaoedd
- Profiad o ddarparu cymorth lefel uchel i brosiectau o fewn y sector
- Profiad o ymgysylltu a chyfathrebu â rhanddeiliaid
- Gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o ddeddfwriaeth a pholisi gwrth-wahaniaethol cyfredol yng Nghymru
- Y gallu i gynhyrchu adroddiadau ysgrifenedig, dogfennaeth a gwybodaeth hyrwyddo sy'n addas ar gyfer amrywiaeth o gynulleidfaoedd

Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer y rôl hon yw 30 Ebrill 2025. Cynhelir y cyfweliadau wyneb yn wyneb ar 13 Mai yn ein swyddfa yn Llandudno a 15 Mai yn swyddfa Caerdydd.

About Us

At Social Care Wales, we provide leadership and expertise in social care and early years in Wales. Our vision is to make a positive difference to care and support for children, adults, and their families and carers.

We are now looking for a Learning and Development Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with full-time hours of 36 hours per week available and flexibility considered.

You must be based in the UK to apply for this role and be able to visit one of the stated offices when required.

TheRole

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will lead on externally facing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) focused projects to promote anti discriminatory practice across the social care and early years sector in Wales.

Specifically, you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including those with lived experience, to inform and develop inclusive training and resources aligned with Welsh Government priorities.

You will also promote anti-discriminatory practice, deliver training, and ensure that learning and improvement needs are met through tailored projects, while contributing to our work supporting international workers and tackling modern slavery.

About You

To be considered as a Learning and Development Officer, you will need:

- Experience of delivering impactful training to a variety of audiences
- Experience of providing high-level support to projects within the sector
- Experience of engaging and communicating with stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of current anti-discriminatory legislation and policy in Wales
- The ability to produce written reports, documentation and promotional information suitable for a range of audiences

The closing date for this role is 30 April 2025. The interviews will be face-to-face on the 13 May in our Llandudno office and 15 May in the Cardiff office.
