Role: PMLD Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full Time

Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Rate: £90 - £110 per day

Setting: Secondary School

Location: SE7, Greenwich

We are looking for a commited and nuturing PMLD Teaching Assistant to support children who are diagnosed with severe Autism(ASD). As a PMLD Teaching Assistant You will be following an EHCP (Education Health Care Plan). You will need to be supportive understanding and vigilant in your role.

Ideal PMLD Teaching Assistant

• A strong understanding of children with PMLD.
• Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student.
• To be patient when working with the children.
• The mindset to strive in a new environment.
• Able to do personal care

PMLD Teaching Assistant:

• Prior School experience ( Ideally SEN based )
• An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) professional reference checks.
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
