- Sales and Growth: You'll be at the forefront of growing our community, working with the Sales Team to convert leads into successful members. You'll also create marketing and referral campaigns that attract new leads and promote the brand.
- Exceptional Member Experience: You'll ensure that members have a truly exceptional experience, managing key accounts and addressing challenges head-on. You'll be the point of contact for resolving issues, gathering feedback, and continuously improving satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our high-quality standards are maintained while collaborating with vendors and real estate teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Financial Stewardship: You'll take ownership of the building's financial health, managing budgets, rent collections, and payments to optimize profitability and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience managing and leading teams, with a proven ability to motivate and coach others to success.
- Proven Success in Sales & Operations: You bring 5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, startups, or other relevant fields. You have a passion for driving sales and ensuring operational excellence.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy tackling challenges head-on. You're a strategic thinker who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You're a natural communicator, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with both team members and clients.
- Financial Savvy: You're comfortable owning P&L responsibilities and have experience managing budgets and driving financial optimization.
