Account Manager

Our client is a market leader within their field who provide a 1st class level of service to their customers. As a result of continued strategic growth and success, our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager.

In this role, you will serve as the primary internal sales contact for customers within your designated regions, focusing on nurturing existing relationships and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service to existing clients at every level.
• Handle incoming sales calls
• Follow up on quotes, enquiries and client correspondence
• Coordinate client visits bookings, liaising with internal teams such as Business development and Marketing
• Lead generation

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in client/account management or sales support
• Come from a B2B sales background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills with a courteous and professional approach
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and key stakeholders
