• As their Customer Retention Specialist, you will manage client relationships throughout the contract life-cycle ensuring timely renewals.
• You will work closely with the sales team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

Experience required?

• Proven experience of renewals or account management
• Software sales experience; SaaS or subscription sales
• Experience of using Salesforce CRM
