This fast-growing global business is looking for a strategic yet hands-on B2B Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team. This will be their first Marketing hire, so a brilliant opportunity for someone to make an impact.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering their marketing and communications strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition. There will also be a focus on internal communications, exploring how the wider teams can have an awareness of the marketing plan and actively contribute to it.

You will also manage a small team, while staying actively involved in the creation and delivery of content and campaigns. You'll be at the heart of ensuring their marketing efforts align with their global growth strategy, helping them build and maintain a strong brand presence.

About you

• Proven experience in a strategic B2B marketing and communications role.
• Strong background in brand management, social media, PR, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Hands-on experience with content creation and campaign management, with the ability to produce and execute plans at all stages.
• Data-driven approach to Marketing and able to report and analyse campaign results.
• A collaborative and adaptable team player who can collaborate well with sales teams.
• Ability to think strategically while managing the delivery of the marketing plan.
