Solutions Account Manager - Data Centres & Hospitality
Location: United Kingdom or Ireland (Remote, with travel)
Reports to: Team Leader Solution Sales Europe - Smart Buildings
The Role As a Solutions Account Manager (SAM), you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts, with a strong focus on Data Centres and Hospitality. You will develop strategic relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs. This is a high impact role where you will play a crucial part in expanding market share within the Data Centre sector.
What You’ll Be Doing - Identifying and developing high potential accounts within Data Centres and Hospitality
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers
- Delivering solution based proposals that drive demand and win projects
- Managing your sales performance through structured tools and methodologies
- Staying up to date on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and project execution
What You’ll Need - Proven experience in solution selling, ideally within the Data Centre sector
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- A self motivated, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience managing accounts using structured methodologies (Miller Heiman is a plus)
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
