Are you a Business Development Manager with experience in metal recycling looking to join a growing company that offers progression and a car allowance?

This company was established half a decade ago and since then has grown its headcount and operations. The company pay competitive prices for ferrous and non-ferrous metals waste and sell the scrap onto suppliers. They have industry leading equipment to efficiently process metal waste and distribute to customers.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to utilise their existing network to further grow the client base. You will need to travel nationwide to visit client sites both existing and new clients to understand their needs and answer any queries.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday 8 - 5
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new clients to grow the company's network
• Work collaboratively with the company's leadership team to hit targets and achieve goals
• Travel nationwide to client sites to maintain existing and develop new business
• Supporting the Head of Sales and collaborating interdepartmentally to improve performance and maximise growth

The Person:

• Experience in metal recycling
• Experience in Business Development

The Training:

• On the job training with the Head of Sales to assist with Sales knowledge
• Training with the Director for better managerial knowledge
