Group Treasury Manager |Stoke-on-Trent | Hybrid | c.50k to 65k

Axon Moore is thrilled to partner with a leading £100m+ turnover PLC in the manufacturing and retail sector to recruit a Group Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead the Group Treasury function, optimising cash flow, managing banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Identify cost-saving and profit-maximising opportunities.
• Manage banking relationships and drive successful transition projects.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and communicate risks/opportunities.

The Candidate:

• Strong Treasury experience in a leadership role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Commercially astute with manufacturing/retail experience.
• Strategic problem solver with project management skills.
