A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team in either Surrey or Berkshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal services to a varied client base.?

The Role
The successful candidate will handle various aspects of commercial property law, including but not limited to:

• Commercial property leases
• Landlord and tenant asset management?
• Buying and selling land, woodland, and commercial property?
• Options, overages, pre-emption agreements, and conditional contracts?
• Business acquisition and disposal?
• Commercial property finance?Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) transactions?
• Plot assembly, development, and strategic land?

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property law?
• Strong technical expertise in handling commercial property transactions?
