We’re working with a fast-growing global brand that’s skyrocketed over the past five years! With 45+ product launches annually and high-profile ambassadors in Football & Tennis, they’re looking for a Senior Artwork & Retouch Manager to lead a team of 10 and drive top-quality artwork production.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & mentor a team of senior artworkers, fostering creativity, efficiency & innovation.
• Oversee artwork production, ensuring all assets meet top-tier quality & brand consistency.
• Manage projects end-to-end, keeping timelines on track & teams aligned.
• Liaise with global teams & external factories to guarantee seamless execution.
• Drive improvements, optimizing workflows & implementing best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in artwork management/graphic design (agency or consumer goods preferred).
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing creative teams.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + DAM tools (Wrike, Lucid Link).
• Strong project management—able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives under pressure.
