Business Development Manager (Remote)

Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge audiovisual solutions who specialise in delivering high-quality AV services, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

They are committed to offering reliable, cost-effective solutions that incorporate the latest technology from trusted industry suppliers.

• £40,000 - £45,000 salary (DOE)
• Uncapped OTE
• Based in the Manchester area (flexible within the North of England)
• £400 Car allowance or Company car (after probationary)
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Contributory pension

Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
• Work remotely with flexibility across the region.

Person Specification:

• Expertise in sales, business development, and account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the audiovisual or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of AV solutions and industry technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
