Location: Sale, Greater Manchester
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a highly organised Property Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-class customer service in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors via phone, email, and in person.
• Managing property files and ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Coordinating property maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.
• Preparing tenancy agreements, renewal documents, and other legal paperwork.
• Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Assisting with compliance checks, including gas safety certificates, EPCs, and other property-related requirements.
• Scheduling property inspections and managing keys.
• General office administration duties to support the wider team.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in property administration or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of property management software is a bonus.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
